7MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS机械性能
7.1BendingTest摇摆(弯曲)测试
Fixed themain and plug of the adapter,andapplyaloadof300gtotheotherends.Turnthecableconnected to eachby ±60 degrees around the connection.Carryoutthisprocess1000timesatarate of 40 timesperminute(abending of120 degrees shallbe countedasoneprocess)inX
direction. (at:25℃±5℃). AsfollowingFigure A. The cable wires shallnotbebrokenafter thistest.The electricalperformance isnormal.
以测试冶具固定Plug,吊重300g,左右摇摆±60度,每分钟摇摆40次,摇摆1000次以上(注:±60度 即120度为一个循环,算1次)(温度:25℃±5℃). 参如下图A. 测试后,线材无破裂,且电性功能正常.
